Over the past quarter-century, we have soared to new heights, conquering challenges, and embracing opportunities. Our commitment to excellence and safetyhas never wavered, and we are thrilled to mark this occasion with you.
A Remarkable Journey of Evolution
Yellow Wings Air Services began its journey in 1998, when we received our very first Air Operators Certificate for a 2-seater SuperCub. Our initial mission was to transport sales representatives from agro-chemical companies to remote farms and businesses in Kenya. However, our vision soon expanded into a charter and passenger transport service, with flights extending across a much larger region.
In April 1998, we took a significant step forward with the acquisition of a 4-seater C182. Over the years, we continued to grow and diversify our fleet, adding two piston-powered C206 aircraft in 2003. This expansion allowed us to serve an even broader clientele and establish a strong foothold in the commuter market.
Embracing Turbine Power (2010-Present)
In 2010, Yellow Wings embarked on a transformative journey into turbine engine operations. We acquired our first Cessna 208 Grand Caravan brand new from the factory. This venture was a resounding success, opening up new horizons for us and paving the way for superior service delivery.
The proof of our success lies in our continued growth. In 2011, we added a second Cessna Caravan to our fleet, followed by a third in 2019. I am delighted to announce that in 2023, we have expanded our fleet once again by adding our fourth Cessna Caravan. This achievement underscores our commitment to innovation and serving you better.
A Family of Aviation Enthusiasts
As the years rolled by, our team grew in numbers and expertise. What began as a small team of two expanded organically as our operations expanded. We welcomed aviation enthusiasts, experienced pilots, ground staff, administrative professionals, and a host of other talented individuals who shared our commitment to excellence.

Our Cessna 208 Caravans, short-haul regional aircraft manufactured in the United States by Cessna, are the epitome of modern aviation excellence. Equipped with cutting-edge instrumentation, they exemplify our dedication to operational reliability, safety and efficiency.
